Last Updated: 04/04/2025

1. Introduction

Welcome to OFCOURSE! These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of scooters through our website and agency. By using our service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any rental.

2. Rental Requirements

To rent a scooter with OFCOURSE, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Hold a valid driving license for renting scooters (the license must be valid and recognized in Italy).

  • Present a valid ID (passport or national identity card).

  • Provide a credit card for payment and a deposit.

3. Booking and Payment

Scooter rentals can be booked online through our website or directly at our agency. A deposit is required at the time of rental, which will be refunded at the end of the contract, subject to the scooter’s condition being verified.

Payments for rentals can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods available at the time of booking.

4. Rental Duration

The scooter rental has a minimum duration of [insert number of days], unless otherwise agreed. The rental duration can be extended upon agreement but must be confirmed before the initial contract expires.

5. Use of the Scooter

The scooter must be used responsibly and in accordance with local traffic laws and regulations. The renter is responsible for any fines, penalties, or damages resulting from improper use of the scooter.

  • The scooter is to be used only on public roads and not for any illegal activity.

  • The scooter must not be sublet or rented to another person.

  • Helmets are mandatory for both the driver and passenger.

6. Insurance and Liability

All scooters come with basic insurance coverage, including third-party liability. However, the renter is liable for damages, theft, or loss of the scooter if not covered by the insurance, and for any injury caused to themselves or others due to improper use.

Additional insurance options may be available to reduce liability. Please ask our staff for more information.

7. Scooter Condition and Inspection

Upon receiving the scooter, the renter must inspect it for any pre-existing damage and report it to OFCOURSE staff. If no damage is reported, the scooter will be considered in good condition.

At the end of the rental period, the scooter will be inspected for any new damages. If damage is found, the renter may be charged for the repairs.

8. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Cancellations made at least [insert number of hours/days] before the rental period will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than [insert number of hours/days] before the rental period may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Modifications to the rental (such as changing the rental dates) must be requested at least [insert number of hours/days] before the scheduled pick-up.

9. Indemnity

The renter agrees to indemnify OFCOURSE, its employees, and agents against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of the scooter during the rental period, including those related to accidents or injuries.

10. Personal Data Protection
